These Terms govern your use of Branova Projects. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team members' access and all activity in your workspace. Keep your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that violate it.
3. Plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, per organization, in Indian Rupees (₹) via Razorpay.
- Plan limits (projects, users) are enforced automatically.
- GST is added where applicable and shown on your invoice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current period; see the Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
6. Data ownership
You own your workspace content. We claim no ownership over your projects, tasks or files.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
