We want you to be happy with Branova Projects. This policy explains refunds for paid subscriptions.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment.
2. 7-day money-back
New paid subscriptions may be refunded in full if you request within 7 days of the first payment and have not substantially used the paid features.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months after the 7-day window.
4. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days remain active until the end of the paid term; unused months are not refunded except where required by law.
5. How to request
Email projects@branova.in from your registered address with your organization name. Approved refunds are returned to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for accounts suspended for Acceptable Use violations.
