Branova Projects ("we", "us") is a project-management product operated by Branova, Coimbatore, India. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using projects.branova.in you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email, organization name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Workspace content — projects, tasks, comments, files, timesheets and other data you create.
- Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type and access logs, used for security and reliability.
- Billing data — plan and payment references. Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never store them.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send transactional email (password resets, notifications), and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
3. Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to your organization (org_id) and is not accessible to other tenants. Staff access production data only when required for support and with least-privilege controls.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service — our hosting provider (Hostinger) and payment processor (Razorpay) — and where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain workspace data while your account is active. You may export or request deletion at any time; on account closure data is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal/accounting requirements.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email projects@branova.in and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
See our Security Policy. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, CSRF protection and rate limiting.
