Getting started
- Create a project — click Create → Project, pick a type and add your team. A Kanban board with default columns is created automatically.
- Add tasks — use the board's + button, the Tasks list, or Create → Task. Set assignee, priority, due date and labels.
- Move work — drag cards across board columns; status and progress update automatically.
Planning & tracking
- Gantt — visualize start/due dates and completion across a project timeline.
- Calendar — see tasks, milestones and meetings by month.
- Milestones — mark key deliverables and track them on the project overview.
- Timesheets — log billable/non-billable hours; managers approve entries.
Reporting
The Reports tab shows tasks by status, project progress, hours by project, sprint burndown and team completion rates. Export task lists to CSV from the Tasks view.
Team & roles
Invite members in Settings → Team. Roles (Owner, Administrator, Manager, Member, Viewer, Guest) control what each person can do. Check workload and utilization on the Team tab.
Billing
Manage your plan in Settings → Billing. Upgrades are processed securely via Razorpay.
